Big Bro

Hi all,
My big brother is thinking about getting a snake. I want to get one for him but I have no clue as to what to get. Can someone please help me?

Well it depends on how big of a snake he wants and what he is willing to feed (some people refuse to feed mice). The size is the big one to start with. Corn snakes are an excellent starter snake, and they do not get too big. They are easy to feed (pinky mice) and they are usually a mellow snake that does not mind being handled. On top of it all they come in so many different colors.

my begginer snake was a ball python, and he was very mellow, probably because he was captive bred, as are most now.......i never had any trouble with him, and he loved to be held and chill with me, he never attempted to bite me or anyone that held him, even in places that a snake normally would be nervous in, they are extremely mellow and a good beginner for anyone that can get a large enough cage for them after a few years
