Hello petcrazy,
Great to have you here. I have some new babies recently too. All are fine and healthy. So sorry to learn that 2 of your hamsters didn't make it.
You sure have got lots of pets. What is water dragon? Do tell us more about your hamsters and pets. http://petshub.com/ubb/smile.gif

Thanks Ham!
A water dragon is a lizard almost like an iguana.
My girl dwarf's name is Tickley and my boy is Chomper .. I haven't named my babies yet but they are so cute, I can't wait until they start running around. http://petshub.com/ubb/smile.gif
Tickley and Chomper have a Habitrail Safari cage they really love that wheel. Sometimes they both get in it at the same time and try to run together it's really hilarious.
Tickley always ends up getting mad at Chomper because she can't run as fast as she would like to with him in there too. So she squeeks at him until he gets out.
It's really great to watch them. How many Hammies do you have?

Hello petcrazy and ham,
petcrazy, i have seen your guinea pigs. They are so cute and rather plump. http://petshub.com/ubb/smile.gif Joey is really adorable.
I have only one hamster and i adopted her since she was abandoned at a corridor.
My hamster, San used to stay in the habitrail cage, until recently she had a bald line on her head. My thread is here http://petshub.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/000017.html
So, i shifted her to a tank instead. http://petshub.com/ubb/frown.gif She is not used to it at all, and i am still try my best to make her comfortable in her new tank. Oh yes, she loves the habitrail wheel too, but i have downgraded it to a smaller one, as the tank is too small and not suitable for the wheel too.
Tickley squeaks when she gets mad? I think that must be really cute. What breed is your drawf hamsters? I haven't really got to know what breed is mine, since i adopt her and am quite a hamster-dummy myself. http://petshub.com/ubb/tongue.gif
Hear from you.

Hi Susany
Yes my guinea pigs love to eat LOL.. thanks http://petshub.com/ubb/smile.gif
I'm lucky my hamsters don't usually chew on the bars that's probably because they are to busy running on that wheel LOL. They do once in a while but that's when they want more food.
My hamsters are Dwarf Campbells Russians.
What dose your hamster look like? I will try and find the site for you that shows the different breeds so you can find out what kind you have.
take care

Hi everyone!
I was so happy today when I went in to check on my little babies and they were walking around the cage! Their little eyes are open and they were investigating the cage.
2 look just like mom and 1 looks just like dad. They are so cute. I decided to change the bedding, I hated waiting this long LOL.
But think it was a good time to do it now.
But I just wanted to let you all know my 3 babies are doing really good! and I'm so happy about it
Thanks all

Please don't post on 5 year old threads. Make your own and break your post into readable paragraphs with complete sentences, correct grammar, and correct spelling, thanks:)

So you decided to continue the tradition and bring up old threads? lol I will help you:) To clean the cage you should probably wait till it has been 2 weeks, that is the max time. So just wait a few days to save on stress:) remove the babies with a spoon. put them in a sparate cage while you clean thiers. Please don't dump the babies st the pet store. Find responsible homes for them.

You can separate them at 3 1/2 weeks. Separate them in two groups boys and girls. If it is a girl you with see nipples and I don't think they have a scent gland which is on the belly of a male dwarf hamster. The holes on a female will also be closer together... Be sure to start give fruits and veggies when the babies are about a week to a week and a half. The mother will take care for the rest.
