It will be almost impossible to find a glider for under $100, and if you do find one, I wouldn't suggest buying it because generally those are the ones that aren't healthy (unless someone's just trying to place a glider they can't keep anymore but I would still be wary). Most babies are going to be around $150 plus. Some places--rescues as well--charge $200, and some places charge more for a different color. You're not going to find them cheap.

The reason people charge that much is because, while gliders are adorable little guys, they want to try and weed out the people that buy on impulse. It doesn't work all the time, but it helps some. Also, you need to be willing to spend around another $100 for a suitable cage--the cheapest one I saw that I would be willing to get for a glider was $65, and the wire was galvanized. The same model cage with PVC coating was $80. And then there's all the rest of the stuff you have to buy for them--bonding pouch, food, wheel, etc. So you're looking at between $200 and $300 to start out. If you can't afford that right now, wait a while, save your money, and get one when you can afford it. I've been waiting for almost 2 yrs and am getting one this summer, so it's do-able. Good luck!
