My hamster(who other ppl on this site said wus pregnant) is running in her wheel for like a minute or so and then just drops in her wheel and lays there and sometimes squeals... is there a chance that she is in labor or wut???? if she is how soon do u think she will give birth

i am sorry i know nothing about hamster births

but i do know about mammals in general
and mammals in general when giving birth do sometimes need to move around a bit i have seen cats dogs cows humans do this.

hopefully someone else can tell you more

My recently deceased :( Rainy used her wheel less and less as she neared birth time, and in the two or three days before the birth I didn't see her use it at all, although she did make a nest.

She had the litter Jan. 9, 2003 - 12. 9 are still living and all here. Rainy recently passed (see sig).
