Both my Gerbils are acting strangly. My female seems normal until my male tries to get on her back. She runs away and squeaks. Is this bad!!!(or is it mating?)!!!! :aeek2: :confused: :eek:

Don't worry...the male is attempting to mate...and the female will run away, squeak, do whatever to let him know she is not ready....eventually she will be ready and she will accept his mounting...sounds like you're gonna have a pregnant gerbil sometime in the future....
