Put a dab of bacitracin antibiotic ointment on it now, and in 12 hours. Keep watching; it should heal. I have no idea how it got there as you told us so little.

Your hamsters hair loss in a result of the cut/scrape. There are a couple possibilities. One is that the hamster is scratching the wound site. Sometimes when a scab forms it gets itchy or uncomfortable and they'll scratch at it. Scartching will cause the hair to come off. Another possibility is that the little cut might have a slight dermatitis forming around it. An ichy, flaky skin condition that effects some small rodents. There are ointments available at pet stores for cats and dogs with this condition, but in tiny amounts, you can use them on your rodent too.
Watch the cut and the surrounding area closely over the next couple days. If redness, excessive scabbing or oozing. puss ect.. start to develop, consult your pet store or vet.
