Hello! Hello!
It seems Spot-tina is improving. She has now drank a LOT of water, came out and played last night, and is eating again. I have been trying to give her rest and didn't quite get to look at the tail closely but it is definately less wet.
I don't think we are out of the woods yet but I am remaining hopeful.
Does ANYONE know of any hamster that has ever survived wet tail? I have looked all over the web and nothing has any success stories.
I will keep you updated and if we survive this disease, I will glady put up all our efforts/prcedures if it may help someone else.
