my hamster found a new way of escaping out of its critter trail cage, it pushes the water bottle so far that it just falls into the cage, a way i fixed this is to make sure that the handle (you know what i mean) of the water bottle is facing towards the corner of the cage, that makes it so she cant do it, so yeah, just a friendly warning (:

I don't understand how it could fall in the cage. You are talking about the water bottle that looks like this, right: http://img30.photobucket.com/albums/v90/LilSouthPaw/01Waterbottle.jpg

Because if you are, I just don't see how it can fall into the cage? Either way, Snoopi doesn't set foot on the shelf the water bottle is located at.

actually its the exact opposite
my hamster found it out by biting at the cage and pushing the water bottle away from the corner

My hamster didn't figure that out but I did. If it has a lot of water in it then it can fall also. By the way snoopy...if the hamster doesn't go up there how does it get water? I took those out anyway, and put one in with a ball on it. It doesn't leak and is much easier for them to get water.

I had a wire cage before the Crittertrail, so I took the waterbottle I used for that one and attached it to the main level. :)

I have a Habitrail Space Station clip on waterbottle on the outside of my CT2. It is safe and cannot be knocked around.
