On what to do to keep the Pup from getting up on the furniture> she knows it isn't allowed ( she gets on when we are not home) I can't block them from the room... she has just knocked off anything I put on the sofa to make it less inviting. I saw something advertised that buzzes when they get on ( but I don't want to Shock her) Thanks

go get some floor mats, you know the ones with the lil nipples underneath, lay them on the furniture nipple side up while your gone, works great with cats, should for dogs, they dont like the way the nipples feel on their pads

I remember as a child we put a garbage bag (empty not used lol) on the chair we did want the cat on. He hated bags so it worked great. Tryed it with my two last cats, they loved the bags... Win some Loose some i guess.

I saw a lady in another post selling that cardbord thing, But if your dogs knocking things off, She would probably do the same thing with it.
Have you tryed any of the spray on repelants?

We got the matting today... of course we should have secured it down, she just dragged it off the furniture and then climbed on LOL. Tomorrow we'll try it again ( she doesn't like it, so she must have tried to sit on it)

If the mats don't work, you could also try aluminum foil. They don't like the way it feels either, and it's got the metallic crunching thing going too.
