Snakes have very very small teeth, and they don't penetrate to kill the prey unless they are injecting venom.
They grip the prey with their teeth, and if they're a python or boa, they'll suffocate it to kill it.
So yes, they have teeth, but small ones.
If he bit you, I'm sure it would bleed a little bit, but because mice have fur, its like a protective layer.

Yes they have teeth. My ball bit me and left some nice little teeth marks in my hand. So yup, got teeth!

all snakes have fangs or teeth ive been bitten by my ball once and she got me on the lip my mistake shocked from the incedint jerked my head back and it was quite a nice nick in my lip i later found that there teeth curve backwards quite a painful experience just dont feed them in there tank so they dont expect every thing with heated blood is a meal :wall: :wall: :wall: :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy:

Their teeth are needle thin, needle sharp, and curved backward. They can be fairly long, and the snake has a full set of them lining its upper and lower jaws. Of course, eating a dead mouse, you're not going to really see blood. A good bite from an adult ball python could certain scratch bone on your hand.
I hope you're not feeding live mice, this always unwise.

They definitely do but they are very small and hard to see. My first experience with Ball Python teeth was when I was helping my baby Ball eat a pinky it was having trouble with and I got my finger caught on one, luckily I knew not to jerk back so no blood was drawn.
