These are my 8 day old babies...Its amazing how fast they grow. I tried to put them in a line like Gerbilboi did because I thought it was so cute...but as you can see, we had a little trouble at first:

But then they calmed down and behaved:

And I just think this is the cutest thing...7 little baby gerbil faces!

Awww they are so sweet. I love their little baby faces, are their eyes still shut? They are lovely. Aww. :angel5:

Beautiful pups!

The trick to making them stay in line longer than a few seconds is to handle them from day 1. They get used to your hands, (the warmth and the scent). I have noticed that by the time my pups open their eyes they already know who I am, but since they see ths huge odly figured being they run away, only until they smell me and think to themselves "Thats daddy number 2", because I handle them so much.

The key is to handle them alot.

Nice pups you have there! Alot of Agouti and looks like DEH too!

They're really nice, i want some!! If an Golden Agouti and Polar Fox have babies, does that mean im definately gonna get all golden agoutis, because of the dominant alleles??
