stuck in the cheek!

i tk my ham got this hard piece of i-duno-what stuck in his cheek pouch, coz when i felt it, it wasnt like little nuts inside but instead a big piece of something..

any1 can gimme some suggestions regarding wat i shld do besides bring it to the vet? thanks!

First, you should probably figure out what it could be. If you use wood bedding he could have a wod chip stuck in his cheek. If you can't figure out what it is(or even if you can) monitor it for a couple days and see if he gets it out. If not you should call your vet and see what he recommends.
