syrian and others hamsters

can anyone tell me ,why do syrian,teddy bear and dwarf hamsters fidht went we put them all together?

I'm not sure abou dwarf hamsters because I've always heard they get along pretty well, but Syrians(Teddy bear is the same breed) fight because they are very territorial animals. Ever had a cat that peed all over the place if you brought another pet home? Its kind of like that except more extreme. Beyond that, they're just solitary animals, its just the way they are.
