can my male robo and my female winter white breed and put together?

no... they can't. roborvski hamsters and winter whites are as different as cats and dogs and they won't breed when put together. it will also be very awkward for them as they live in different places in the wild and would generally not meet. if u do put them together, they may get stressed out and/or may end up fighting.

also, if u do manage to breed them(don't ask how) u will be spoiling the purebred lines tt ppl have taken YEARS to achieve. so please don't...
