Hi, I have two questions about my 4 dwarf hamsters. One is that their fingernails are pretty long, and I was wondering if they just are supposed to grow that way, or if I should get them cut?
The other question is that in their cage, (I have a 55 gallon aquarium set up), sometimes this stuff is on the walls of the glass, it looks like spider webs kind of. everytime i clean their cage it comes back. Any ideas what this is?

U should really cut their nails or get a vet to do it. If it's curled then it will hurt them. Plus, u should use glass cleaner. if you use water and a sponge then the stuff will come back. (dried water) if it doesn't work then phone ur local vet. u new? i am.
c u later!!

Hi, Youre new to the board? Welcome! I'm not really that new.. I just go on here when I have questions. Since I have 4 dwarfs do you think I should just take them to the vet in a box together? Or one at a time? I don't want to make them stressed. 3 of them are super friendly and the other one is afraid of people a little. Oh and I have been using a cleaner specifically for "small animal cages" so that its not toxic.. you think I should use a glass cleaner instead?
