hi
i think my hamsters may have mites cause they seem to be scratching themselves alot. they are dwarf hamsters and live in a colony and i'm afraid that if one of the females is pregnant, any medication tt i apply could be hazardous.
i use wood shavings and i also found some wierd insects in their food, which i threw out immediately. their new food seems fine, although they are STILL scratching themselves.
does anyone know what i can do? and if i do need medication, where can i get it and approx. how much does it cost?
thank you so much!
