Hey! I was wondering, I am aware that mice can be inpregnated immediately after they are weaned; However, I have been told to wait to mate them til they are about 4-8 months old. I am REALLY anxious to get them to mate right away as I LOVE mice, so I was wondering.....would there be any REALLY BAD outcomes in the litter that could occurr from mating them at once? Thanks so much! ~Yerry

some people may not like this, but i brred mine as young as 7-8 weeks, and i've had no problems so far. if a mouse is older than 7-8 weeks and still fairly small, i wait. i have 1 mouse, that is 7-8 weeks old but i'm not breeding her because she is still a lot smaller than her brothers and sisters from the same litter. if you do breed them at this age, make sure the food you give them is good quality (with lots of different vitamins).
