One of our fancy rats just had 9 babies! They are just a few days old ( about 5 days ) and though they haven't opened their eyes yet, or gotten their fur, they are adorable! The mother is albino, and the father is tan and white. I don't think any of the babies are albino, they all have dark markings on their skin.
They are looking for good homes, I wish I could keep all of them, but we're planning on getting another new puppy soon, and we already had 7 rats to begin with! The mother and father were rescued rats, and both have very VERY sweet personalities. The babies will behandled from the moment they open their eyes so that they can be hand tamed. They will make excellent pets.
