Hamster eye infected

One of my hamsters got into fight with another one of my hamsters this past weekend. at first it looked real bad but then it got better but his eye seems to be infected. what do i do to clean it?

Well first of all, its 9pm...his eye has not looked that way this entire time i had just noticed the infection today. second of all, it is a forum for pet owners and i thought someone could be helpful, please dont reply if u r going to be rude. thankyou.

I am not being rude am just wanting to know how to clean my hamsters eyes if he has the same thing sorry if what I said is offensive I just get real cranky

revenge actually this was the right place to ask and on top of that a breeder is someone who only raises hamster...not all are *properly* educated.

That was a basic hamster question and the correct answer was to see a vet because attempting to clean it yourself coupld let to futher damage such as becoming blind or futher infecting it.
