There's really no need for help since all you have to do is disinfect and wash your cage and the items in it...excluding your hamster.

How often do you clean the cage? You mentioned you just cleaned the cage. When you clean the cage, do you just replace the old shavings with new shavings, or do you wash the cage with soap, then put new shavings in? If you do not wash the cage every time you clean it, then I would recommend doing that. Just wash it with warm water and disinfectant soap.

Also, do you give your hamster any fruit or vegetables? If you do, and she does not finish them, then they will rot, and attract flies.

I would get your hamster out of that cage ASAP. The flies could be biting her, and I am sure she is very scared.

could it be possible you never replace the food every 24 hours?

Not replacing the food within a 24 hour period would not attract flies. The food has nothing in it that could rot, or attract flies.

Then why do you think the cage is being attacked by those inhumane invertabraes?

Clean everything, remove any food, do not feed any fresh fruit for awhile and hang fly strips around the cage! These are just sticky strips, but they do work well: in just a few days you will be amazed at how many bugs end up on them!

If you move the cage, then the flies will follow.

I suggest removing all of the shavings, and giving the cage a good scrubbing Just use warm water, and use a disinfectant soap. I also suggest dumping out all of the food, and cleaning the food bowl with the same process as the cage. Do the same with what you use to provide the hamster with water(bowl or bottle).

Do not give your hamster any vegetables or fruit for a few days, or anything that is going to rot. Rotting fruit/vegetables will just bring the flies back.

You can hang fly strips around the cage, as stated above, or buy any product that is used to catch flies.

By those small, yet important steps, your cage should be fly free within a few days.
