When are hamster fully grown?

Hi,

I have 2 female Syrian hamsters,( I keep them in separate cages) who will be 12 weeks old on Tuesday.

I was wondering if they are fully grown yet. If not, does anyone know when they will be?

From personal experience, a hamster is full grown when he or she is 4-6 months old.
