undefinedI've read up a lot on sugar gliders and I'm just wondering if anyone here can share with me a kind of "day in the life of" thing....what kind of interactions do you have other than just carrying them in a pouch? They say to play with them for at least an hour a day...what constitutes playing?? Can they free roam around the house once and a while for exercise? When carrying them in a ouch, are they just sleeping? Do they try to get out? Do poeple take them to the store with them? Lots of questions I know, but I can't find anything that really covers these topics...so thanks in advance :D

You can carry your glider around during the day the aren't going to play with you just sleep. They don't move around either.
For me, the best thing I have done is turn one of my bedrooms into a glider room. If you can't do this you can buy a tent if you have enough room. Get inside and play with them. If you just let your glider run free throught the house you may loose it or it may get hurt.
what I do is sit in the floor and let them crawl on me. I have a feather teaser and we play with it. Your realy not going to be able to just hold your glider at night they are going to want to run and play. Hope this helps if you need more help you can e-mail me at strawberries_creamm@msn.com or visit my web-site at www.freewebs.com/glidermom
