Well, I love animals and hearing about the pets people have, so I thought I'd start a topic.

What kind of pets do you have

I have 2 beagles named Darcy and Katie, and a baby gray netherland dwarf rabbit named Smokey. They are all females. Darcy and Katie are sisters and live outside in the backyard, while Smokey lives in the house with me (the rabbit and the dogs are never around each other as Darcy and Katie have the instinct to hunt rabbits, they were directly bred from rabbit hunting beagles.) I love all three of them like crazy and they are very friendly and loving pets.

We have Martha the mouse (whom we originally thought was a boy) and her daughter Scabbers (the result of our two "boys"). Dad was given away. We also just got Samantha the tadpole to replace our frog that I accidentally killed (I'm thinking maybe I did something to the water...).

I have a yellow tabby cat named T.C. which stands for typical cat or as Brown perfers Treasured Cat. She is 4 1/2 years old and most definately "spoiled Rotten".

We are taking with us to our new home a 9 month old hound dog a Katahula Shepard {forgive the spelling if it isn't right} who we actually started with. Her name is Dutches and we had her Mother Princess who died right after wheening the litter, from heart worms. We gave Dutchess to my sister who is now tired of her. We are stay with my sis temporarily and are in the process of moving so we decided to take her with us. She is a beautiful dog and needs lots of TLC, which my hubby plans to shower her with.

Thanks for starting this topic. I love to hear about other peoples animals as well, of course it makes me envy some who have the really exotic ones.

Hi my name is Martin and I have two cats and ones called Dizzy and ones calles Elfie. Elfie is a softy and Dizzy is a tiger. Dizzy is 18 yrs old and she is in good health for her age. Elfie is 8yrs. Dizzy is a female and her name is from her running in circles all the time. Elfie just lies back and enjoyes a hug. I am getting a tortoise soon and I have done lots of research on them and I am a member of a tortoise group. I will call it Toby and it will be a Hermann tortoise at around about 10 yrs old. I have the housing ready and I am growing some dandilions which they love :agree:

I also have some fish.
I had a rabbit but it died a few weeks ago.:bawling:
We have had over 30 rabbits in our lives.

My name is Maisy, I live in England with my pet hamsters, Phoebe, a sable banded syrian hamster, and Malcolm, a black-eyed white syrian, both of which are the craziest hamsters I've ever owned and I luv 'em to bits.

I am in New Zealand I have 3 cats, Scruffy, he is an 9yr old black and white (breeding unknown....bit of this and that I'd say)got him as a kitten from the local animal rescue. Unfortunately he was sick kitten and damaged his meow so he only squeaks a little meow out.He has a lightening bolt stripe down his face (so cute and very healthy now); Scooter, she is 9yrs saimese/pursion black and white with a white lip; Midnight (who adopted me at christmas), around 10ish, black with a white tuff on his chest.
1 dog, German shorthaired pointer, Milo is 6 months old and full of energy.
2 Chinchillas, Zippy is a standard and he is 3yrs; Scoobie is 2ish and she is a brown velvet.
2 rats, Pepper is ginger and Gingernut is white with a ginger head.
