A HUGGGGGGGE Thank You To ALL!!!

I just want to take this oppurtunity to say Thank you to each and every one of you that cared ennough and suported me while going through the passing of Gizmo. As I said before..Some people just dont get it as to why I or anyone for that matter would be so upset over the loss of a hamster. Well, Gizmo was more than just a hamster to me, he was a living, breathing creature, that needed just as much love and affection as we do. When it comes to any type of life, I have a huge heart, and Gizmo definitly has his veruy own place in my heart. We really miss him dearly, and although it has been 2 days since his passing, my kids continue to cry about him. It is hard especially when you have young children that dont understand "Why he is not coming back home". It brings tears to my eyes just talking about him, and what it has done to my children. Ya know that morning Gizmo died, my 4 yr old daughter cried so hard, and then she looked up at me and she was sooooo mad and said to me, " Mommy we shouldnt of ever gotten a hamster", and so I asked her why and she said, " because they always die and it hurts me inside my chest when they die! Now tell me that is not heartbreaking enough alone just hearing that, let alone how much she cried. So again, I just want to say to all(and this way I am not leaving anyone out...lol) Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I posted a long response to this earlier, but it was deleted totally by the administration - another reason why it is time I left this site and stopped posting. Sadism posts get left up. Posts that insult and lie about other members get left up, all despite our reporting of them. Threads that should be closed are not. But what I wrote in sympathy to you gets deleted completely; it was not even edited. :mad: OK then, time to go.

Hugs, and tell your child because of her Gizmo had a long, happy and loved life, instead of a short unhappy one. :)

I hope you have received our reply to your email earlier.

We look into every report seriously.

The troll that posted those "sadism posts" has been banned. The troll's posts were left as a warning that such behaviour is not tolerated in our community.

The posts which you mentioned that another member insult and lie about you were removed and archived permanently by us as evidence.

We hope you understand that we cannot immediately ban a member just because one member requests it. If we ban everyone just because someone requests it, there will be chaos in the forum.

There are two sides to a story and both parties claimed that they are right. We need to monitor the situation.

Please note that the reports only go into our helpdesk system if you use the Report Bad Post feature. So do not email us using the forum notifications email address.

We assure you that any member found to be a trouble maker will be banned. >>
