Conformation and an honest, full critique of the horses is a little hard with the pics posted, but I'll toss in my two cents from what I can see.

Mare is too tall for my taste in stock horses. Overall looks like a balanced horse, I love her neck. Slow mover which for a WP horse is good. Would like to see her poll carried just a touch higher, but not bas as is.

Hard to see much of anything except the low headset here. I know the trend is finally and thankfully changing in the AQHA shows...have you noticed if the APHA judges are following suit?

I like the stallion. :) Hard to be for sure with the saddle, but he looks like he's got a nice, short body, clean legs, good hooves, and the color doesn't hurt. I suppose for WP his neck could be a little thinner but I like him as he is.

Pretty-headed filly. She looks cowhocked and possibly over at the knees, but she might just be stuck in an akward stage in that pics.

I'm not as impressed with this filly...couldn't really dig down and tell you why. Just my opinion.

great tha for your replies.

Yes the lowheadset is changing, dramatically, in the APHA shows. That second horse wouldnt even place at the shows around here, or in Canada(i show alot up there).

to tell the honest truth, none of them strike me as being purly special. the only one that i kinda liked was the palomino. for all of them, they need some weight, especially if they are going to do the registered shows.
