Idea 4 those who post here

I love reading all the posts here, but there are times when I do not have the time to go through all of them. I was just thinking that it would be a great idea if we could put where we are located at in the title, so that way if there was an animal in need close by me (or anyone out there looking to help) I could quickly see which animals were in my area.

I often take in pets in need and either find them a great home with a responsible person or they join my family. I live in Oregon, in the southern willamette valley, but as I have family that live in both the Portland area and the Medford area I am able to help out almost state wide. No, that's not a good idea--it's GREAT one!! I often browse the classifieds and it really helps if the state is listed next to the post. I'm constantly looking for animals for adoption as well as animals wanted to adopt in Nebraska, Iowa, & Kansas (maybe South Dakota or Colorado as well).

How about including also the type of pet you're talking about. much as I love animals mice do not last long around my kitties so it would be nice to know what you want rescueing:agree:

hi im ben. i live in england and have just signed up. i love animals, especially small ones like chipmunks, chinchillas and rats. it is a brilliant idea as i keep having to look through the whole email to find the place. it is amazing though, as all of u seem to b from the usa. the trouble is that my house is too small to have lots of pets so does anyone have an suggestions?

I love dogs so if anyone needs help in my area I will see what I can do I am owned by a 4 year old german shepard a 4 year old wernumeier mix a 8 year old pom and a 15 year old pom I just lost this summer from old age a 14 year old afghan hound that I had since he was 1 and a terrier mix at the age of 15 years old I had her since she was 6 months.

I am in Boston and I've got ten Campbell's Dwarf Hamsters pups and some are for adoption. They are five weeks old and are now ready to go to new loving homes. I can't keep them all. I am keeping two so I have eight that need new homes!
