Nesting Problem

I need a simple plan on how to build a nesting area for a dove?

I don't think doves use nesting boxes; I think they just build a nest on a flat surface. There are platforms you can buy for injured birds that are unable to perch normally. One of those with some nesting material will probably do, just as long as it's sheltered overhead and on at least one side, for security. :)

There nest aren't very good so I found out you use a wooden box but not a fully closed one .Any plans on how to build one?
