Mandarin Salamander housing and feeding??

I have two mandarin salamanders AKA: Emperor Newts. and i was wondering about the proper housing requirements for these guys to make them happy. Also what is best to feed them? i am currently feeding medium crickets that i buy form the LPS. If i could get some help on this i would be grateful! :o

start feeding them blood worms or black worms if that doesnt work go to fish food if that doesnt work c a vet ASAP
