SudaCare Nighttime Vapor-Plug: Hazardous to Gerbils?

I'm sick, and I have these vapor plug things, which gives off menthol and eucalyptus vapors. I plugged one in about 10 minutes ago, when my mom brought up a good point: Is it okay for the gerbils? I can live without it, but some of it has already permeated throughout the room... Oh, and Shannon gave birth to 5 pups today also :) But may it be even worse for them?

If I were you, I'd be really careful exposing them to that, especially the pups. I don't know for sure that it would be harmful, but if it is I'm sure you don't want to find out the hard way. And pups are very suseptible to respiratory problems (congrats on the birth, by the way!). So at the very least, I'd suggest keeping them as far from it as you can, and make sure they get fresh air whenever possible.

Just read the ingrediants. If it has something bad in it dont use it. Get the thing that you rub on your chest instead. Congrats on the pups.
