How old is she? I am not an expert or anything. Are there other horses or ponies around? I read on a site on rearing up that you train them to keep there head down. I have a 7 mo old pinto that right after I got him to the new stables he reared up on me about 5 times which scared me half to death. The only time he does it in his stall is when he see the other horses being feed in there stalls and wants to interact with the other horses but he is to small to be let out with them. This site tells how to train them to voice cue to put there head down. It says that when the horses head is level with it's spine it automatically relaxes them and a horse with it's head down can't rear. What you do is start in the stable and get the lead rope put about a pound of pressure straight down and give the cue you want. Do not release the pressure until what you have asked has been done then release the pressure and do again. After you have gotten the horse trained in the stall then you move to distractions and work from there. I have not yet tried this yet but thought it might help you out.
