I found a link to this on another site and I thought that you all may like to see it.
This isn't for the faint-of-heart or those with a weak stomach, as there are some graphic images of dogs during and after fighting.

OMG! that is horrible!! I kinda wish I hadn't watched it. I even cried. that is so sad that anyone could do that to thier dogs, or even watch it happen and not do anything. Thats horrible that kids laughed about that one dog!

I reread my previous post and the movie wasn't quite as bad as I made it out to be, just the begining.the sayings and words were good, but I guess I was shocked about the pics of the dogs fighting and the badly hurt ones. I loved the pics of the pits and there families.

I think thats sick. Those poor dogs. And people who hate pit bulls who haven't even met any arent helping the problem. And my parents are those kind of people, the don't want a pit bull, don't want a rottweiler, don't want a doberman pinscher for all the same reason; "too vicious". I mean theres a family just around the block from us that owns a pit pup and has kids. I rode my bike past their house once and the pup was rolling around in the grass getting his tummy rubbed by the little girl. I don't call that vicious.

Acutally, I have met alot of Dals that bite, and growl at people. Some are just like that. Of course not all but I am just saying any dog can bite, even goldens, labs, cockers, all those dogs people consider "good" family dogs. Pit Bulls acutally ususally never hurt a person unless raised bad,or you get in the middle of a dogfight, because they were bred to fight dogs and animals, and never bite the people. thats why schutzhund protection training is hard to do with them, they don't want to bite the person. I know labs that would bite strangers. My dobies never would unless that person was trying to harm me. They love everyone.

That was really sad! My sister owns 2 pit bulls and they are some of the sweetest dogs!My sister used to have a pit bull named "Chico" and the cops shot him 7 times just becaus the dog was growling, the thing is the dog was INSIDE the house,it was dark of COURSE he was going to growl and bark when someone come to the door!(the police opend to door to come in,noone was home)
They shot him 7 times,it was so sad because I used to "babysit" chico (he was about 3 years old) and he would just lay on me when I watched tv,he was so adorable and its so sad that they shot and killed him!
Our society has put a label on pit bulls, yes some have attcked people, but so have labs, bealgs, great danes, heck even chiwawas(sp) but you never hear"Boy mauled by a beagle!" therefor EVERY time a PIT "atackes"someone it ends up on the news, which adds to the misbelief that ALL pit bulls are mean!
Its just so sad that someone would want to fight a dog like that, but just look at all the violece that is around today, have you seen the video games, such as grand theft auto were you shoot and kill police and you can see the blood everywere? Its so sick!
I wish everyone would just wake up one day and relive that it is us HUMANS that are visouse and mean, its not the animals fault there owners are iggnorant!

the people around my neighborhood are afraid of any stocky dog, with any sort of build even similar to a pit. i have an aussie cattle dog with a snout that's shorter than normal and a body full of big muscles, and people cross to the other side of the street when i walk her. i've even heard people whisper about the "grey pit". uh?
dogfighting is a huge problem around here, but there's no way to report anybody unless you've got a full case full of evidence. i've seen a man walking a different pit every couple of months, always skinny and always with a huge weight around their neck. but unfortunately in my area, this isn't enough evidence at all -- not even for an investigation or suspicion.

That's so sad. My mom doesn't like pti bulls because their jaws are so strong and they could accidentally get too rough but my dad loves them. I personally think they are a great looking dog and people who do that are seriously messed up in the head. Every f-ing word they said on there was 100% true. Fact.

What were they doing coming into the house anyway?
Of course pit bulls are sweet dogs--they were raised to be family pets along with fighting dogs. They went from fighting another dog to rolling around on the rug with the owner's toddler. People are so ignorant, and they don't want to be educated.

Thank you for bumping it, it is a very powerful video. But it doesn't work on that particular link, people will need to click the alternate link that is listed on the page (http://gprime.net/flash.php/thepitbullproblem)

I love that video, it is so sad but it is so true. I own a pit bull and she would NEVER hurt anyone because of how she was raised.
Thanks for bumping it :)

I have seen this video several times, it still gets me everytime...
Unfortunatly, there have been some major dog fighting rings broken up here in the last couple of years, it just makes me sick.
