Balding Chihuahua?

I have a Chihuahua and he's six months. I was reading about a prob one of you had with the bald spots. I noticed today that my Chi has two small bald spots on the front of each front paw by the joint that connects his lower arm to his upper arm. Is it me being neurotic or could there be something wrong? I never noticed it before and I think I would have since he's mostly white. It's not red or swollen and he's not scratching so I don't know if I should be worried or not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
