hello..i have a question...what is a safe amout of time to let my hammies run in in their balls?????

About 20-30 minutes is good. If your hammies want to go back in the ball later, after they have had a chance to rest and drink, you can let them run around again.

I would say 15-20 mins..let them relax a bit..and if they want back in put them in and let them go again...its just so they dont dehyderate themselves..
