I know the golden rule is don't introduce hamsters of a different litter. I have a month old hamster, while my brother has about a 3 month old one. I was wondering if I could let the two hamsters play together in an open area, not in there cages...
They can see each other in their cages which are near each other, and see eager to get to another.
Would it be possible to put them together in an open area?

Is it true that males have a round or elongated bottom, while females have a sharp one?
