my hamster is a snot faced mosquita. shes a teddybear hamster. shes soo adorable and i love her soo much! i feel she doesnt like me eventhough i care for her and try to show her love. i'm not so sure if i'm taming her correctly. i give her little yogurt drops a couple times a day for a special treat and so she can smell me. i also give her these treats made by kaytee clusters with seeds and yummy things. i let her smell my hand but she just runs and hides under her fluffy bedding. i try to pick her up and she is so scared and poops, pees, and makes a crying sound until i put her down and leave her alone. she even gives me snobby looks and will cry for a second even if i look at her. i'm not sure what more to do or what to do less. i want to be her friend and i know she needs to earn my trust, but im not sure how. I could use some help because i wont give up on her.

I have 12 Syrians, and have had about that many for years. ALL of them practically beg like little dogs to be taken out of their bins and cages and held and put in play areas. I can kiss all of them on the nose.
I am really puzzled at some reports I have heard of hamsters such as yours. I am assuming you show patience, and give the ham peace and quiet and never wake her, and she has a secure dark place to sleep. Talk to her all the time so she gets used to your voice and associates it with nice things.
Offer treats. Never surprise her.
If you are doing all that, patiently and slowly, and several more weeks have gone by with no improvement, I can only assume your ham was traumatized in a pet store or wherever you got her (before you did get her). So feel sorry for her and show even more patience.
If she does not come around in several more weeks I'd be shocked, and would then hope someone else will post some ideas for you.
Good luck.
