Hello everyone!! Since this is an introduction board, I will introduce myself. I'm (almost) 20, live in Nebraska, and am a full time student (psych major). Any psychologists out there?? At my apartment in Lincoln (the city my school's located in) I have 2 Chinese water dragons, an African fat-tailed gecko, 7 rats, 4 gerbils, a mouse, 6 bettas, a bronze goldfish, 3 blood parrot cichlids, 3 plecos, 4 cory catfish, a gourami, 3 snails, and a tiger barb.
I also have 2 chocolate Labs, but they live with my mom's ex-husband, but I get to see them whenever I want. Omaha is just an hour drive from where I live and I go there frequently. My 2 other dogs live with bf, who also lives in Omaha. My pride & joy is Jet--a 6 month old black & tan min pin. For Christmas, I bought my bf a red female min pin. She is now 3 month's old and her name is Nova, but we call her Missy. We plan on breeding them in a year or so, so if there's anyone in the Midwest interested in min pins, let me know!! I also breed my rats from time to time and have lots of blues & rexes. So if anyone out there likes baby rats, please let me know!! I give away the babies to get people interested in rats as pets.
I worked @ PetCo and it seems that everyone who works there adopts pets that become sick or are brought in, so I know lots of people in the area with many pets like myself. Which also means I know of people who are always trying to adpot out pets, so if you live in the area and are looking for a pet or know someone who is, please e-mail me (LRJADE96@aol.com). Are we allowed to post our e-mail addresses like that?!?! Sorry if we're not supposed to!! Anyway, currently these are the pets looking for new homes:
2 ball pythons (2-3 years old I think), unsexed, very friendly, get along great wtih each other, eat well ($75 for the pair)
2 Guinea pigs, one male, one female, each comes with own cage & supplies ($25 each)
2 large discus, one is very sick and near death, but the other is beauty (free to good home)
3 female rats with 20 gallon tank (free to good home)...these three were originally mine and I gave them to my friend, but now she's moving. I am going to be a foster home for them, but cannot keep them. please let me know if you're interested
2 blue lovebirds (one is more green & the other is indigo), bonded with each other, one is semi-tame, the other is not, beautiful singers, with cage & supplies ($100)
9 hermit crabs with 20 long aquarium & supplies ($50)
