i have a poem but im not sure if it would be considerd a poem:
I followed a lady home today
dont know where i came from
saw a little girl across the way
she called me doggy a patted her leg
"COME HERE DOGGY", "COME HERE"
as i ran over to see her
she climed up on a car as if she were scared
but scared of what "of me no way"
finally after a while she climed down to play
she yelled "mommy"mommy" look what i found
her mom said no way when she asked if she could keep me
but i knew she would say yes
i mean how could you say no to a cute thing like me '
so once she said yes my life was reborn
we played with the horses even chased some cows
i ran away a few times just ti look around
but i always came back to my house in the hills
to return to my love that i found in a little old town
