My friend and I plan on opening a pet store after college, however, I was wondering
a: about how much it will cost to get a pet store up and running, and
b: is there much profit in running a pet store?

Hey there.
I am also wanting to get into the pet business industry. I have decided that it would be better for me to buy an existing pet store, and I am currently looking at a store that is $35K, a rather small investment for a great store.

I would say you can open a store starting at abour $30,000, for a simple, basic store.

The store I am looking at is very well know and very establisted, and I have many ideas for it.
