What Should I Do To Find My Hamster Who Is Lost In My House?????

TODAY I LOST MY HAMSTER NAMED SNICKERS! PLEASE GIVE ME SOME HINTS TO HELP FIND HER!!!!! PLEASE? :( :( :(

well you can start leaving little bits of food on the floor. maybe in certain areas that you are mostly near so you can keep an eye out. also leave the cage on the floor if possible and leave the dorr open if u have that type of cage. if not just leave food and a tiny water bowl out for her.

another idea is to get a box or a container that is pretty high up on the sides. then get something that you could use for a ramp. so snickers can climb inside but can't get out. be sure to put food or treats inside. she might be able to sniff them out and will go inside the box.
if those don't work just keep a really close eye out for her and check any holes in any walls if you have any or cracks. check under the refridgerator and washer and dryer. just check under and in everything. Good luck. and hopefully snickers is safe!!

Thanks for the help...... ive already put food on the floor and searched my house up and down! i miss her and i am worried she's GONE and i'm just gonna keep on lookin!

A plastic bucket is a good idea,prop it up at a steep angle with books or blocks as steps leading up to the rim.Put your hamsters fav food and some of his bedding in the bottom of the bucket.You have to make sure it's at an angle that he can't climb back out from.Place it at the skirting board along the wall of the room he disappeared in.Remember he'll come out at night and sleep in the day.
Our hamster got out once and we found him 2 hours later in the bottom of the wardrobe,listen out for rustling and chewing or scratching during the night if you can.

Thanks Everyone!!! i laid out some food in my room ( the room she escaped in) and then when i was walking to the bathroom i heard a rattleing noise that sounded like it was coming from my closet and so i went and looked behind some boxes in mycloset and there she was !!!!! scared but happy to see me!!!! THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
