I need help fast!

I need some advice. I got sugar and spice , my rabbits,from this lady up in the mountains and she said that they were two boys then i took them to a pet store to see if they are actually boys and the lady at the pet store said that they are two girls. Well i have had them for about 3 months now and just today i walked outside and i looked in spice's cage and there were 3 dead babies. I think they were stillborn. I am so upset! So i brought spice inside. I think she still has babies in her. Her stomach is rolling and she keeps on laying down. Is there anything i should do? I was not expecting this at all. I did post it on the rabbit forum and they gave me some advice but i just wanted to let you know that she is doing fine now.
