Usually dwarfs from the same litter (especially females) will do great for their whole lives in pairs. So I would say yes, go for it. If, for some reason they do start to fight, causing blood, then I would seperate them.

Yea, same oppinion. Ive even had black bears from the same litter share a cage. After about 3 months of living together, one went to a new home(Sassy). The other stayed with me (Sage). They were both really well tempered and sweet when they were together, but when Sassy went to her new home the owners had all kinds of problems with her nipping and biting! I dont know what got into her! Your dwarfs should be just fine is what im trying to say i think! :)
