I need help finding the rules and regulations on pet shops and I need to find info on what permits I am going to need. Its going to be a couple of months before I open one but for the grant I'm applying for I have to show them a business plan and without this needed info I won't be able to get the grant. Please help i've lookedall over the net with no results.
