I have been given an offer to buy 2 white albino budgies one male, one female and 2 yellow lutino budgies, one male and one female, the age are 2 years old . Now none of them come with cages or anything (except vet records)! They want me too make them an offer to purchase them (they are proven breeders) How much are albino and lutino budgies worth? how much should i offer for them?
