sunflower seeds

:hamster1: My hamster seems to love sumflower seeds and the food i buy doesnt have that much so i just bought some plain black oil and regular sunflower seeds... i was wondering are they good for them or should they not be given that often because that is usually the seed he eats first before anything :confused:

Sunflower seeds are great for them! As long as they are eatting more then sunflower seeds you will be fine! :)
