Anyone know how to build a big aviary?

im getting ready to help out this guy that runs an animal shelter, and he wants to build a aviary. THe one he had was destroyed in the hurricane last year.

Anyone have any experience in this, or know wehre I can maybe find some instructions online?

I think the birds are doves or something, but im not 100% sure (i honestly know nothing of birds).
