Hello! I just got a new puppy she is now 11 weeks old! She is called Jessie and her colouring is Bleinham.

Just wondering if any of you own any Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and if you could give me any advice and i'd like to see some pictures aswell. th :)

lol do you guys in the UK ever have other breeds?

Everytime I hear of this breed, it's from someone over there. lol I"ve never heard of anyone having one or even seen them here.

well, fortunately, i've seen a few here in the u.s. the last one i worked with was super cute and sweet, but that's all i can say. i've never owned one...but the experiences i have had have all been good. good lucK!

i've seen a few over here as well, and we thought about getting one when we were looking for a dog.. but they just want way too much money for them up here in alaska ($1200 +, i'm sorry, but that's just too much money to spend for a puppy when there are so many others out there in desperate need of homes...)
maybe somday... i've always loved spaniels :)

Beautiful breed of dog, they were first introduced to USA from UK in 1950s. I had a Brusells Griffon (1/2 King Charles Spaniel & 1/2 Pug) always loved Spaniels, excellent temperament, such sad eyes, lost him last yr :(
My next dog's going to be a rescue dog.

Had no idea what one looked like so looked them up on google in images and ah so cute. Too small for my liking though but still gorgeous!

yep, they are small breed, the Springer & Cocker Spaniels are larger but just as gorgeous ! :)

I was looking to get one, but they are, as booklady said, very expensive over here. The cheapest I have seen one was 1100 dollars here in New Jersey and not AKC registered.. Same thing with the Chinese Cresteds!! I wish they werent so expensive.

Anywho, good luck with your new puppy. I dont know anybody that owns one, nor have I ever owned one. As soon as I started pricing them, I decided too expensive and stop researching them!!
