Ducks

I have changed from wanting a raven to wanting ducks. I know I must sounds dumb but I know that I will never get a raven in this house. But a duck is duable and they are really cute. I was just wondering if anyone here could give me some more info. about ducks? Thankx! BYE!!!

I hope you do not keep a duck in the house, they have very watery, smelly poos (the females are worse when they lay eggs, talk about smelly :P ). You can keep them in the yard, but they need a house of some kind & a pen. You also want to keep their wings clipped, or they might wander from home.

I had 25 ducks at one time. I started with one male and three females, then they hid the eggs behind a board in the barn, and here were all these babies. I could not sell the babies (no one wanted to buy them) so I gave them to friends & family.

Prettybird, you sure have beautiful and cute ducks. You have got 25 ducks at one time? I think you must have had a great time with them! I love your brown and yellow ducks. They are so adorable.

Where are all your ducks now? Are you keeping at least one?
