I have two lovebirds and one of them is pulling out its feathers can anybody tell me why its doing that?

There are tons of reasons why the bird could be plucking feathers, which bird is pulling the feathers, the female? some females will get really broody during spring season and want to lay eggs, so they pluck themselves in order to line the nest. Remove any the next box if you have any, to discourage the behavior and anything else.
I strongly reccoment taking the bird to an avian vet for blood work, like I said there are a million of reasons for plucking and it can become a life long struggle, like my female lovebird plucked her feathers because she had vitamin dificiency in her food, so I switched all of my birds to harrisons pellets, I also believe that she has blood poisoning so I ordered some herbs to remove lead and other toxins in her blood.
