Flea & Tick

Will chin gets flea & tick from cats & dogs? Is there any way to prevent if will to let chin out of the cage for excises?

Chins can't get fleas and ticks. Their fur is to thick for them to get down to the skin so they stay away. There really wouldn't be a way to treat for it anyway, because most flea treatments could kill a chin.
