mom & dad can't get along!

My female had her first baby two weeks ago. I immediately seperated her from dad when I found the litter. They have been living next door to each other and I have been attempting to put them back together a few times and mom will have nothing to do with it. She chases him and tries to bite him if he even sticks his head in her cage. I even have had her in his and he came back in and she attacked him there also.

Will she grow out of it when the baby gets a little older?
Any thoughts anyone?
